Introducing The Apiary Inc.

An Evolution of The Talent Strategy Collective

Today, we are proud to introduce The Apiary Inc.—the evolved brand from The Talent Strategy Collective.

What began as a purpose-driven consulting practice focused on strengths, leadership, work-integrated learning, career education, and the future of work has grown into something more integrated, more intentional, and more expansive.

When we launched The Talent Strategy Collective, it was an entity of one. It was built on a deep belief that when people ignite purpose and lean into their strengths, everything changes.

Then something chaotic and beautiful happened.

The concept of a collective became a hive.

What was a side gig turned into a full-blown business.

Jillian brought the language of bees and ecosystems into our brand; we realized we were building a consultancy, AND we were building a living system rooted in purpose, courage, creativity, and community.

That system needed a home.

And so, The Apiary CoWork was born—a space designed to bring female founders and professionals together in downtown St. Catharines. The Apiary CoWork continues to evolve as we expand digitally across Canada with our virtual office space, Bloom.

We also decided that we needed to help solve a problem where the roots of careers are planted. Clarity. With youth. Young people trying to navigate an ever-changing world of work and study and the bridges between those. Campus Compass was born, and the dots were connecting. From high school—figuring out what to study in post-secondary—to helping schools strategically deliver school-to-work transitions and deeper career-based learning—to organizational excellence and change management in the evolution of the workforce of the future.

All with strengths and purpose as its centre.

An ecosystem.

Now, the natural evolution:

The Apiary Inc. becomes the parent brand—uniting our consulting, leadership development, post-secondary education strategy, career education innovations, strengths-based coaching, and future-of-work under one cohesive purpose, vision, mission, and values.

The Apiary CoWork remains a distinct and vibrant space—physically and virtually.

Campus Compass continues as a focused sub-brand serving youth and families.

Different audiences.
One ecosystem.
One purpose.
